So we know that the cable companies throttle bandwidth and do their best to lower their costs by limiting your useage of their advertised download speeds. But funny thing here tonight, I was noticing slower than normal network speeds here on good old mediacrap, (I won’t mention my provider directly), and then suddenly when I installed a network analyzer called Fiddler…go figure, my speeds jumped back to these paid for speeds.
All I received the last several hours were network communication issues when running test, while at the same time I have reasonable network surfing speeds, not fast mind you, but reasonable. Then I suddenly get this result, a speed test that actually worked!
I have run several tonite and all appears well, for now. But we shall see what “Fiddler” shows us over the next few days.
